Landon Thorne is a disgraced archaeologist, a laughing stock in his field because of his unconventional beliefs – he’s an ancient astronaut theorist. No one takes him seriously.
Until an alien armada targets Earth.
Now Landon’s in high demand – by the US government and someone far more sinister.
They race across two continents to the Gate of the Gods, the one place on Earth that might give humans an advantage over the aliens. But no one is prepared for what they’ll find.
And not everyone will make it out alive
Review: I thoroughly enjoyed this read and it didn’t take me long to recognise some of the influences behind this work before even reading the author’s notes on the subject afterwards. If you liked any of the Stargate series, Star Trek, and ancient alien 👽 theories you will love The Gate… I most certainly did!
The Book is an easy read and the story is well-constructed. There are several twists and turns that will keep you enthralled with some very good characters. Landon Thorne’s character is particularly interesting and for me, the most believable.
I don’t often say this, My favourite part of this story was the ending and I mean that in the most positive light… It’s a fabulously perfect climax… Loved it!
