Social Studies – Book Three
Weaving Alice Plus Eleven is the third book in a trilogy of short story anthologies focused on social issues.
Review: I rather enjoyed reading this lovely collection of short stories. Audrey has a real knack for drawing the reader in. Each story deals with different aspects of life like bullying, alzheimer’s, and malicious intent with a little fantasy added in to some of them. It’s like sprinkling cinnamon on a bun.
Not all of the stories are of the same quality or calibre, but of my favourites are, I Wish You Could Remember Me, and Weaving Alice. They are the stories that brought up the rating for me… They had stronger characters and were thoroughly captivating.
It is, Chris. Thanks for the comment. 🙂
